We are busy discussing post-lockdown plans with lots of new Easigrass customers and we are delighted to offer a new remote survey option.

Frequently asked questions

Why are you closing your depots?
We have kept our depots open for as long as possible because we know how important a role, they play to you, our customers. Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re very sad to have to let you know that we’ll be temporarily closing our depots from the end of the day on Tuesday 24th March 2020. This applies to our Head Office UB1 3AJ, Horticultural Centre GU24 7DB & Boutique SW15 1EX.
What about the Easigrass branches across the UK?
All our branches our independently owned and have introduced their own strategies during the restrictions. Please contact your local branch for more information.
How can I contact you?
We have gone digital and we are very much open as usual. Our customer service team can be contacted on 0800 808 5651.
I’m planning for post-lockdown, can I book a survey and an installation?
We are delighted to offer a new digital survey via our sales force, you can call us on 01354 810042, via the contact form on our website or email. Our team will digitally request information in order to provide you with a full quotation.
How long do you expect your depots to be closed for?
They will be closed for a minimum period of three weeks. This is a rapidly changing situation and we will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England.
What will happen to the Easigrass Employees?
During the lockdown all Easigrass Employees, thanks to the government, will receive 80% pay. We will be operating a skeleton customer service staff to handle enquires and new sales calls. A number of Easigrass employees have stated that they would like to help the elderly and those in need at this current time, which is why our range of vans are available to use as of when they need to.
Can I still order Easigrass?
Yes, however we are not currently delivering our product so you can book a delivery for post-lockdown when the restrictions are lifted.
What will happen if I have an outstanding query or complaint?

I paid a 50% deposit, what happens to my booking?
Our installation and maintenance booking schedule will be frozen as it stands from close of business Tuesday 24th March and will be reactivated once the restrictions are lifted and we return to operating as usual. All deposits will be held by Easigrass and are non-refundable and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible once we resume operations.
